Weston Hendrix is the Son of Brad and Krista Hendrix from Sweetwater, Tx. He is the Owner and Host of EmpowerU, where not only is he fully involved with the industry but what he believes is his calling.
He now resides in Brenham, Tx where he is on the livestock judging team for Blinn College. He delved into competitive livestock judging, facing initial setbacks but ultimately persevering. His judging journey began by not advancing, but intensive efforts, including attending Blinn judging camp and seeking guidance from seasoned judges, paid off. Now being grateful to Blinn for letting him be a part of their program and team.
There’s no doubt pressure is found in hard times but it’s when you’re under pressure you show your ability to work. He appreciates all the people who have stepped into his life and helped mold him into the stockman he is today. No doubt there’s going to be ups and downs. You will have bad and good days. There are some days you want to quit. There’s going to be people talking about you. There’s going to be problems. If you stay true to you and pursues your passions and follow your heart. You can be successful. Embrace the imperfections, cherish the successes, and navigate the challenges.

Ashlee is now EmpowerU’s Manager/Sales Rep and helps us accomplish everything on a day to day basis. Originally hailing from Fay, Oklahoma, Ashlee is the fifth generation to live and work on her family’s farm in Southeast Dewey County in Western Oklahoma. She and her family raise registered and commercial Simmental, Angus, and Sim-Angus cattle, primarily focusing on selling seedstock. Alongside her sister, Ashlee has a keen focus on continuing to develop an elite Simmental cowherd through acquiring genetics from some of the breed’s most prestigious outfits and utilizing reproductive technologies.
Currently, Ashlee is a sophomore at Northern Oklahoma College in Tonkawa, Oklahoma double majoring in General Agriculture and Business Administration where she is also a member of the livestock judging team.
Upon graduating NOC this spring, Ashlee plans to continue her education and livestock judging career at a land-grant university while majoring in Agricultural Business Pre-Law. She plans to pursue a career in agricultural policy or livestock marketing while continuing to raise cattle.

Clayton Tramell - originally from Wylie, Texas - moved to and operated out of Blue Ridge, Texas, where they successfully ran 4T Cattle Co/Tramell Show Cattle. At the end of 2025, they relocated to Blanco, OK with their (3) children, Raynee (6), Teagan (4), and Cohen (7 mo), where they continue to run their show calf and cattle operation, along with helping on the family's commercial cattle operation. Clayton is a 4th-generation cattleman, raising and selling steers/heifers that have always been successful all over the southern states.
Clayton brings much value to the platform. His skill set, dedication, and work ethic are something many should try to replicate. Being a sales rep here at EmpowerU means much more than just making a sale or recording.
